Location
Workout room is weak and the restaurant on site is weak as well. Also how can you not have a smart tv in rooms that cost this much.

Everything about this particular Hyatt Place was excellent, the location, the condition of the property, and the price. I come to the Kansas City area a few times a year and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else

Clean. Nice location.
Front desk. They had an issue with ‘3rd party’ payment. Tried to tell me it was MY ISSUE. I proved to them that booking had taken payment. It was prepaid. They demanded another credit card. When I refused, they said I would have to cancel. The front desk staff was rude and refused to be accommodating. We had just drove 8 hours and they were too abrasive to be in hospitality. It wasn’t my issue they were having computer issues. I will never stay there again.
And breakfast both mornings were awful. They were putting it all away at 840. Breakfast was until 9.
