Very nice , clean, quiet hotel. Not a fan of having to ask for everything we needed in our room.

We loved the shower and the dispensers. The bed was very comfortable although the pillows were not. The room was quiet, the a/c worked well. The light blocking curtains were great and reduced heat from outside.

Not a fan of having to make a trip to the desk to get coffee, tea, creamer. Not a fan of having to ask for other items we needed for our rooms such as garbage removed, fresh towels. Closet/ wardrobe didn't fit long dresses etc that ironed. Ironing board was so small , it was a challenge. Shampoo , body wash etc was very masculine and strong smelling. Would prefer a fresh herbal , clean smell. We had one tiny bar of soap for the sink . I signed up for Bonvoy or whatever it is and was told we would get 2 bottles of water a day but we had to ask for it every day like everything else. Our room was never cleaned and it said every other day. We were there for 3 days and nights and had to ask for EVERYTHING. NOT a fan. Breakfast was just ok.

Shower Head issue.

Management really needs to look at the shower heads.. it feels like you haven't showered even after you just did! 5star hotel facilities with 0 star shower head. Please look into this matter, total disappointment. After all the traveling a good shower is what guests need.

the room was quiet, and the personnel was friendly.

for this price I expect a normal A/C system, not a loud in-room unit. But when there is a room unit, at least make it possible to open a window instead. Also, the location clearly was so remote it took 40' for a Lyft driver to arrive for a 8' ride to my meeting. No hotel shuttle was available either. Lastly, when I booked the hotel, initially I called the Sheraton reservation line: the price they quoted me was ~$50 higher than the booking.com price and the person on the phone was not very forthcoming.

TV did not work, room was hot- had the room set to 66 but sweating in my sleep. bed/mattress more hard than soft

Clean, comfy and affordable

Very clean and quiet! Room was nice size--we had a pack n play and it fit with not being in the way! Loved the blinds that blocked all the outside light and the sliding barn door for the bathroom.

Relaxing stay

The TV was amazing, the ability to use Netflix was a nice feature.

Heavy footed person stomping above us but wasn't too bad and not the hotels fault.

Comfortable, clean and modern!

The facility is new - modern in style, clean and well tended. Staff at the front desk friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately, breakfast wasn't included in the cost of the room. It was available, if you paid the extra $.

Nice clean room

When booked through booking.com, website said complimentary breakfast, however the apparently it's only for the soccer "group rates". Felt bad for the poor kitchen staff member that had to tell us we didn't get breakfast without paying. We skipped it as they wanted $5 for our 2 year old to eat and it looked like a very average hotel breakfast. Also only hotel out the 6 we stayed in that only had 2 towels and washcloths.
