Everything! The front desk staff were so amazingly nice. The hotel itself was in a great location. The rooms were so clean and comfortable.

the room was quiet, and the personnel was friendly.
for this price I expect a normal A/C system, not a loud in-room unit. But when there is a room unit, at least make it possible to open a window instead.
Also, the location clearly was so remote it took 40' for a Lyft driver to arrive for a 8' ride to my meeting. No hotel shuttle was available either.
Lastly, when I booked the hotel, initially I called the Sheraton reservation line: the price they quoted me was ~$50 higher than the booking.com price and the person on the phone was not very forthcoming.
