The location is fantastic and central to lots of monuments and plazas. The staff were very accommodating; the fan was broken in my booked room so I had been assigned to an alternative en suite which was lovely. There was a mini fridge to store my meats and cheeses, and I was able to store my bags in the reception area before and after my stay. Be aware, there are quite a few steps for anyone with accessibility concerns.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. They helped to carry our luggage upstairs and downstairs again the next day.
Unfortunately there is no A/C in the room so we had to open the window during the night as it was very hot. There were very loud drunk people downstairs outside the window who made a lot of noise. I know this is not the fault of the property. Also there is a lot of stairs to the reception!!
