For a 3.5 star it's very clean,
ONLY problem was the air con which wouldn't get cold and someone playing techno music all night

Wonderful spacious rooms with balcony. Central location for Lismore shops and transport, exceptional cleanliness in room and bathroom, comfortable bed and furnishings. Easy check in process with key left in key locker for afterhours access. Kitchen has everything necessary for a holiday. Liked the safety aspect of locked screen door to each floor. Friendly and helpful reception staff on site.

They allow late check in which is easy to organise
There are loud noises and vibrations possibly from the location it’s in early in the morning around 5-6am.
The front door was badly damaged (potentially from previous flooding) but it left me feeling unsafe security wise. The microwave is up too high to safely reach or use and when I climbed on a chair to reach it I found old food left in there. Also the bowls in the cupboard were visibly dirty and I had to wash them before I could use them.
