I stayed here in an emergency, and the staff were PHENOMENAL. And then, I left my phone in a friend's car, and staff were so helpful, letting me call him from the office landline to check that he had it.
I also found out that my father passed away during my stay, and my friend extended my stay so that I could get some rest after breaking down and crying for 6 hours
