I felt like I was at a personal retreat.
I felt safe. It was in a beautiful neighbourhood. The room was beautiful, fresh air and birds abundant and bed so comfortable. The menu selection made me feel like it was home cooked just for me!
That I couldn't stay forever!

The place is exceptional, really comfortable and organised
The night that we arrived a staff tried to deliver us our breakfast that was frozen, my friend didn't accept and asked for the staff to come up with something else (not frozen).
The following day I called the reception, it was occupied, so I left a voice message asking for the breakfast.
We come up with our one breakfast that day, after we went to reception to complain about, because it was 3pm and none had said anything about the breakfast, or even how it works.
When we ware there the management was pretending to say things to let my friend angry, and being rude, said that we ware lucky to stay there and the breakfast descriptions is written on the website, but it's not.
And the point is, none explain it, we were there, trying to understand, and instead of the management does her job, he just became the situation worst, and when send the breakfast reference to the follow day, they send without cereals, juice, milk, evan coffee.
