Location a bit noisy being close to the Ballina Road. Breakfast goo4d except that bread came toasted while there is a toaster in the room! No spreads with the toast (an oversight?)

The breakfast was on time but overcooked. Price very good. Location was good for us as close to family
The beds need to be updated. Very little sleep trying to find a space on the bed where it was not lumpy or I didn’t feel like I was falling out. The large bed was the same for my partner
