About this house rental
Located in Cultus Lake, this lovely house for $177 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. We have been renting our Cultus Lake home for over 12 years. We genuinely enjoy sharing our getaway! Enjoy our large and cozy house at Cultus Lake. Our home is 1600 sq ft, with four bedrooms that sleep 8 in 4 beds, two more on couches, or you can bring a blow-up bed, gas fireplace in the living room, fully stocked kitchen, fire pit with chairs in a 16 X 16- foot brick fire pit area, large patio in our fenced backyard for hanging out. Please note that when there is a fire ban, you may have no fires under any circumstances. There is parking for four cars. There is also a wood and cement patio with an outdoor glass table for having meals outside. There is also a washer and dryer. We are two blocks up from the Lake, just far enough from the noise and wind when it comes up sometimes. The boat launch and the boat and jet ski rental place are less than two blocks away. Once you arrive, you can park your car and walk everywhere. Waterslides, restaurants, mini-golf, tennis, basketball, swim in the lake are all within walking distance. Or you can just sit in the large backyard and relax. We love going and relaxing, forgetting that the rest of the world exists. Optional Jet ski rentals are at an extra charge with proof of a valid B.C boater license; the minimum age for rental is 25 years old. Cultus Lake is about a 1.5-hour drive from Vancouver, half an hour from Abbotsford, and 10 minutes from Chilliwack. Cultus Lake Short-Term Rental Permit # 24-623-042 Parking in the driveway for two cars and two cars in front of the home. Maximum number of guests is 10. Note: All guests must sign a Short Term Renters agreement and send us your government-approved ID.

We enjoyed our stay, but had a really hot week (end of July) and unfortunately the screen doors did not have screens on them. Also, the large bedroom did not have opening windows. Despite these inconveniences, we had a wonderful time and are looking forward to doing it again! I have been going to Cultus Lake for 40 years and I have never seen so many mosquitoes there as this year - must have been the wet Spring we had :( Next time we will bring mosquito netting for outside!

Perfect vacation spot!
We had a lovely time at the cottage. Close to the beach and a nice quiet neighborhood. The kids loved riding their bikes and going for walks to explore. The fire pit was a huge highlight too!

Slept our group of 6 well. Adequate parking for two large trucks and 2 boats on site. Two bathrooms was a big plus. Everything worked as advertised. Small drawback that all sleeping arrangements are for couples ( 4 double beds), but we managed to compromise. All in all great accommodations.

Cultus lake 2021
We were pleasantly surprised at the interior and felt that the pictures didn’t so the place justice. I feel there have been more tea towels or tell us to bring our own. The trampoline was amazing!

We didn't need to reach out to the host for anything, but communication beforehand was prompt and very detailed. We got unlucky with the weather but would go back. Would have loved to visit the beach more, given how great the location is.

Cultas Lake is awesome, and this casual home made our stay just that more relaxed and enjoyable.
Situated in a quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to all of Cultas Lake's top attractions and beaches, this well-apportioned home has plenty of sleeping spaces and a comfortable kitchen with tons of cooking amenities.

This is a wonderful home with lots of character and comfort. We loved the backyard firepit, BBQ and trampoline. The beds were comfortable and the home was supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was fast wifi available and the cleaning service had the place looking great when we arrived and kept us from spending the last day of our vacation cleaning. We loved that the home was decorated and felt warm and lived-in, not sparse like some other rentals. The owners were very prompt and cordial in answering any questions we had. The property was close to the lake and town on a nice, quiet residential street. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a cute little cabin-like house that was perfect for our family. Close to the beach and a short walk to the water slides and theme park. We loved the shaded back yard. We would definitely stay again.
