I liked the breath of fresh air that greets you as you walk into the hotel. I admire ALL the receptionists for their efforts on communicating in English! We appreciated how accommodating the staff of the hotel were.
Topping up the shower gel for larger families that are staying over one week, would've been nice!

Breakfast wasn't the best, that was probably the only issue we had. Everything else was great.The feeling of coming back in the evenings to clean towels and clean room was awesome!

Great hotel, friendly staff, nothing really to complain about. Good location close to subway and not far from Casco Viejo.

Lovely welcoming, friendly staff esp at reception, always smiling & gave lots of tips on places to visit.
I really enjoyed my stay, relaxing, comfortable bed and great room facilities. I couldn’t believe how big the room was!
Didn’t use the pool, but seemed to be good small space to relax on rooftop with skyscraper views. Pretty at nighttime.
Limited options for vegetarian main meal for dinner. Good options for breakfast fruit, yogurt, muesli, eggs, cooked vegetables, selection of tea/coffee/juices.
Doesn’t seem like there’s much around but it’s easy to get Ubers to sights and walking distance to supermarket, coffee shops etc.
Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Panama City.
Would preferred if the cold cuts of meat wasn’t mixed in within the cheeses on the same plate.
