Very helpful staff

The only thing was the slightly insipid canned music, played during the day in the area where we dinned.

Staff was absolutely great and so helpful. Beach front and cosy. Nice rooms, especially bathroom.

Breakfast can be improved, everything was delicious but not enough salty options (tomatoes, cucumbers, olives etc can be added)

Amazingly helpful staff, great quality food and lovely facilities. Cleaners did a fabulous job too.

No pool and somewhat far from main cities. Some features of the room felt unkept or old at times

the decor throught the hotel

lighting in the bathroom, servers at breakfast were rude and unhelpful, unsmiling. i understand that you are a 3star hotel, but your location, decor and pricing are for a 5 star. that should include greetings in the morning in any language. good morning is this your first breakfast with us? explain the flow of the buffet where the coffee is hiding in a machine. i love in Coveta Fuma and Panorama Gran Alacant and thought it would be nice to stay in the hotel at the beach i have watched you reform. I am left feeling that there was something missing from my stay. a little thing on breakfast, you can order from a menu (not that it was shown to us) a simple thing like Huevos a la plancha, omelettes? you have a full kitchen. it does not have to be a full cooked breakfast, but the simple things you can walk outside and into one of our local cafe and get for 2 euros :)
