It's a real 'all inclusive' experience, you get water, and soda refill in your mini bar. All drinks including coffee and alcohol in all bars. Food is great and varied.the personnel is incredibly nice! The pool is great, we loved that there is a beach with easy access. It's rocky but the rocks are not painfull and we didn't use the shues we brought. The store in the hotel is really helpful, reasonable prices, and the person there is also really nice. Please note the hotel send you a link for secure payment of 50% prior to arrival , we were a little suspicious so we called booking to confirm this is how it really works.
20 minutes bus drive to the mall or the harbor. Important tip for the bus, you can pay cash but you must have bills UpTo 20 euros, they don't accept larger bills.
We had an issue with ac in the room.

The beach front location is great and the sunset view amazing. The staff were friendly and very efficient. Definitely visit the Italian restaurant on site if you get the chance - delicious food.
Liked everything but a shame it was a rocky entrance to the sea - noticed some resorts had floating pontoons to overcome this.

The food was good. It wasn’t too busy and the availability of the snack bar was good.
The drinks were poor particularly only having one beer choice, for a 4 star I would expect more. Not being allowed snacks by the pool was frustrating. Not having any activity on Wednesday was also not ideal when only there a few days.
