Great Location. Amazing hotel!. Great staff, so welcoming and helpfull, during breakfast and dinner. Also great room attendant Bahadur! The food was so tasty with lot's of variety!. Pools , rooms and beach also great!

Rooms were nice and comfortable and have Elemis toiletries, lots of variety of food, entertainment was good, very clean hotel
The sunbed situation, think it brilliant that you are allocated your sunbeds during your stay but the fact that you are touching strangers whilst sunbathing is ridiculous, we spent our whole holiday on the beach because of this reason and this is the sole reason we would not return, also I think the adults only pool area is only available to certain rooms which we was not made aware of until we tried to go in, not even to go the pool or swim up bar

The staff is amazing, accomodating our needs. They upgraded one of our roooms which was amazing, we had an issue with another room of smell but they immedietly found us another room. The food is great, never ending and good quality. The pool is large, clean and the pool bar is the $hit. The sun beds are pre-reserved so you dont have to squabble over it, and the snack bar makes sure the kids are always satisified. Even though the hotel was fully booked we didnt feel any overcrowding, or noise. overall an amazing experience (again)
The junior club, most playstations didnt work, and the kids were disapointed. The fact that they need an adult to "release" them is also a bother with kids at the age of 11-12 which are independant. The two facts made the kids not want to go there.
The speciliesed Captiain's Deck restaurant was very disapointing. The food was nothing special above what is served in the main dinning room. too bad.
