Lovely atmosphere great staff very welcoming very friendly the facilities were amazing and so was the food and options and the spa facility was also top notch it’s nice to finally not be able to feel my back
Less of a dislike more confusion we brought our dog with us and on their site they say how they offer dog bowels and stuff for the dog in their dog friendly rooms and I just simply didn’t see the options for the dog friendly rooms might of just simply be the site I booked the hotel on either way they still happily accommodated us and we all left very happy and relaxed hopefully we will get the chance to come here again in the future

This was the second time I went to the hotel, and it was superb both times. Love everything about the hotel, location, food,rooms, and facilities. However, the staff are absolutely amazing and friendly. They go the extra mile and such an asset. Top teams in every area of the hotel, best I've come across. Big thank you in particular to Astero in the restaurant who went over and above, also the bar staff in the main lounge who are super friendly. Jill and Jan will be back again soon x
Fresh towels in the room for late check out would have been appreciated.

I visited Leonardo Cypria two years ago, was very happy to come back. Room upgrade worked, restaurants all operated as scheduled, this is where the positive part ends, sadly.
The air conditioning in room 217 did not work properly. We had to report the issue to reception twice, and the end result was that our room felt more like the North Pole than Cyprus.
The pool bar by the sea is filthy, especially on the left-hand side facing the beach. The main pool area is also poorly maintained. Cups and other rubbish left under the bridge remain there for far too long, which is far from inviting for a four-star hotel.
The most serious issue, however, was that on the second day of our stay I suffered food poisoning. I did not eat anywhere outside the hotel during our holiday, so this was extremely disappointing. Spending two days confined to bed because of illness is not what anyone expects from a four-star hotel.
To make matters worse, the hotel has no doctor on site or contracted, something common elsewhere.
