Location was brilliant being in the museum quarter and close to the tram.
Apartment was comfortable with everything I needed
I had a lot of trouble with getting the keys to turn in the locks and I needed help from others in the building to get access three times. The issue with the keys I found stressful. There was no contact with staff other than by email.

The location was excellent right in the centre of attractions, easy walk to sites and just next to a D tram stop which we got from the train station from the airport. The apartment was very clean with all facilities and comfortable with fans to help cool the rooms.
The shower was hard to use without wetting the floor the side shower door did not stop the water going onto the floor even though the shower head was angled back towards wall

Great location, lots of space, great views
Would have been better if the dishwasher was emptied when we arrived. The smallest bedroom was very warm without air conditioning. Some more comfortable outdoor seats would have been nice.

Washing machine and kitchen
Floor broken and uneven. No coat hooks. No shelves in bathroom/laundry. Cheap furniture. Does not look like the photos.
