The house was “tired”…weather worn…but, completely adequate. The water pressure was good, the hot water, hot…The kitchen had a very awkward layout…long/high reaches for dishes, etc. And a most inconvenient placement of the dishwasher, where the door opened out in front of the sink, making loading dishes difficult. The queen room was a bit cramped in size, but since we did not need the adjoining bunk room, our belongings “parked” in there, which was helpful. The other bedrooms were more than spacious! Our bed was comfortable. I got no complaints from the other two couples regarding same. We had a bit of trouble with a TV and a microwave, but the rental manager was very helpful in doing his best to rectify those inconveniences. A few of the chairs around the pool need to be replaced. The walk to the beach for two octagenarians was a bit long, but once there, the beach did NOT disappoint.

It was a fantastic location. We had 6 adults and 2 children and we felt we had good space when together but also when we were apart for the night. 3 families all with their own bathroom was great.

2 week vacay with adult children and grandchildren. Large, spacious home, walking distance to beach and village in a lovely neighborhood. Heavily rented home that is reflected in appearance, however, nothing that would impact your overall experience. Owner was very responsive to any issues we had. 8 new Tommy Bahama beach chairs were nice to have.
