The location is excellent. It is close to a lot a restaurants and attractions, on a dead end street so it is quiet. The room we stayed in is spacious and has direct access to the garden, which is gorgeous. The bed is very comfortable and spacious, and they provided us with a cot for the baby.
Most of the issues are related to having a small infant with us, so take them lightly. The wardrobe creaks a lot, so we could not use it while the baby was asleep. There is some cutlery you can use, mostly plastic, some of which was not clean. The doors to the rooms could use some sound proofing, as we could hear a lot from the lobby inside.

Bright and airy, but can close blinds electronically to block out the light. Big, comfortable bed. Plenty of towels and pillows. Excellent and quick hot water. Very modern bathroom.
The person who greeted us was not friendly and we could hear him talking on the ground floor even from our room upstairs. When the internet went out, it took him 4 hours before responding and getting it back on. (He said he didn't take his phone with him.) A dog next door barks loudly, including after 10pm. Lot of noise from closing of doors. Schoolyard is two doors down so you hear the kids there playing, but it's not too bad. The nightstands on either side of the bed were small even though there was plenty of room for bigger ones.
