I believe it was good value for money.

Very well located. Appliances worked very well - fridge, stove, oven, washing machine, TV, etc. The bed was very comfortable. Heating worked well and could be adjusted to our liking. The shower was perfect (small but excellent pressure and hot water). Room was cleaned (and all linen changed) anytime we requested it and the cleaners did a good job. The room is in very good order.

Some staff do not speak a single word of English (nor French). Only 2 sets of cutlery supplied, no cups for tea nor teaspoons. No wooden/plastic spoons for cooking. In this case, the dishwasher was not necessary (overkill). There is a street lamp outside that keeps the bedroom in bright light during the night - when we explained this to the cleaner, he brought and installed a second thick curtain and then the room was dark.

Clean , friendly staff and quiet place.

The location was uncomfortable ( very steep streat). We were given 2 rooms at different levels. Shower gel and shampoo were bad quality. The breakfast was very disappointing 😞. The housekeeper will show you the room very quickly, but when we check out, he goes through everything and takes up to 15 minutes, wasting our time.

The breakfast didn't appeal to us ant it is very minimum and the occasional cleaning schedule of once every three nights wasn't satisfactory either. Additionally, the inconvenient locations made it difficult for taxis to reach.

The breakfast left much to be desired, and the infrequent cleaning service—only once every three nights—was far from acceptable. Adding to the frustration, the unfavorable locations posed significant challenges for taxis trying to reach the place.

It's a good hotel but the location is not good according to what we expected

The staff are really responsible and helpful. The rooms are clean

The location was not good. The hotel is not close to Taksim square at all. It's more than 25 minutes with taxi and you also would stock in traffic so the time would be exceeded. Also the hotel located in a very tigh street with a very high slope so you have ro take care so much with your baggage and children. Also according to the high slope you could not reach metro or main streets easily specially with children We had free massage in our booking from the site but that was not available in the hotel so the site should check the facilities again.

Unprofessional Service before, during and after the stay!

I don’t know from where should I start.. but read it carefully: 1- Weeks before the stay, signs of unprofessional service where there since they changed my credit card 4 weeks before the stay while the policy was no advanced payment required,and they were reluctant to confirm until l raised a ticket with booking.com! That was just the beginning! 2- downgraded my booking from three-bedroom to two-bedrooms. 3- lied to Booking.com that the change was accepted by us while we had an argument for 1.5 hours leaving my family at the reception after an exhausting flight. 4- charged for 4 extra children without providing extra beds.. it was just like blackmailing us for not complying to capacity policy while we we ok to book extra apartment! You can imagine the situation when your booking downgraded and you charged for extra beds without providing extra beds! It was a nightmare we have to live with after longer flight and delay in response from booking.com to help us during the stay!

The worst stay I have ever had in Istanbul

The photos published are misleading. The residence is below expectations. The breakfast is very poor and it costs less than half a dollar. The room pass key doesn't work properly and they charged us 20 dollars for their mistake. No coffee is provided for free. You pay for everything, even water. To be fair, only one old receptionist deserves respect because he was somehow helpful. It is not recommended for families and even singles. The location is very difficult to reach on feet and taxis refuse to pick you up once they see the location. All in all, this is the worst stay I have ever had in Istanbul.

Very bad location , no parking at all , we couldn’t even find someone to drop and pick us easily and we have to rent a car with 120 USD, so will not have issues in dropping , also very old building and service was also bad , they will charge for water and No cleaning services , internet was not easy accessing also they will ask for extra charges if you ask for checkout late or early !!!!! I wont come back to this hotel apartment at all and i don’t recommend any one , i checked out one day before cz of refusing to give me extra one hour to check out to airport even though no one in the apartment, it was hunting apartment

Horrible place. No english, bad rooms

Nothing horrible place

Everything, from the airport transfer till we reached inside. Bad smell, no one knows english, no amenities, breakfast was included but they gave a small box with some bread and btter inside the room.breakfast was included but first they said no breakfast, after arguing they accepted and gave a box for breakfast

- not sound proof at all - noisy neighbour every night until late, can here shower, toilet, talk and steps all night - smell cigarette coming from the lobby - breakfast included is not that good - lots of bread white cheap bread - no coffee - Nothing provided - shower gel was almost empty 1 roll of toilet paper no cleaning of the room for 1 week no product for dishwasher ext no sponge

Nice spacious apartment, good value for money

Spacious apartment (duplex) with all facilities included like washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen etc. Breakfast every day included. Adding extra point for friendly staff. Once it was clear there is an issues and we actually paid and booked smaller apartment, they moved us to a bigger one without extra charge.

Initially we were placed in the wrong apartment due to misalignment of actual apartment and info on Booking. Once it was fixed we were moved to what we actually booked. There were problems with wifi for half of our stay (5 days out of 10). It was communicated it's because of ongoing work, which should be finished today. But the same was repeated during multiple days.

Noisy place where you don't have a chance to sleep peacefully

It was too noisy. One night there were knocking and cracking sounds from the upper floor, the other people talking and laughing too loud at 4 o'clock in the night. I asked the staff to do something, but the noise didn't stop.

The location is great if you are okay with uphills and downhills

The building is old, the water pipes are old, in overall everything needs renovation.
