Access to the beach, and the security.
Not enough staff, there's no restaurant or food service at the hotel. The pool filtration system was not running the whole time we stayed at turtle beach towers

The oven was rusty, and the toilet was leaking. Poor room service. Very old utensils; one kitchen towel during the stay; you have to request it.
