About this condo rental
Nestled in Silverton, this lovely condo for $225 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This cozy apartment is an upstairs studio of approximately 550 square feet in a historic building in the center of all the action in Silverton, Colorado at the corner of Greene Street and 13th Street. The Studio is on one of the busiest corners in Silverton. Silverton is located at 9,318 feet elevation. With no elevator available, renters need to be able to handle the stairs. There is a handrail and a landing for catching your breath. This charming two room, one bathroom apartment is very comfortable for two. The main room is furnished with a pillow top queen bed, dresser, closet, end tables, coffee table, sofa, Samsung Smart T.V. and Blu-ray dvd player. Free Wi-fi included throughout Studio. The kitchen is equipped with a small apartment stove and oven, apartment size refrigerator, microwave, and dinette table with four chairs. The bathroom has a pedestal sink, toilet, and a shower. The rooms are bright with large, south facing windows with a view of 13th Street and Sultan Mountain. Everything in town is within walking distance to include restaurants, shops, train, historic buildings, and the museum. The bathroom features amenities by Beekman 1802 Fresh Air Collection to include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bar soap. Infused with honey, these products are warm and pleasant. The Beekman 1802 Fresh Air amenities line contains essential oil derivatives of bergamot, ginger, tea, and wood musk to give all the products a pleasant earthy tone and appealing smell anyone can enjoy. Beekman 1802 products meet environmental standards and are made from ethically-sourced, natural ingredients. This apartment is located on the corner of Greene Street and 13th Street. To access the unit, guests must be able to handle the stairs located at the back of the building on 13th Street. Silverton's elevation is 9,318 feet, therefore the stairs can be a challenge for some. There is no elevator and guests must bring their luggage, groceries, etc. up the stairs. Skis may be stored inside at the bottom of the stairs. Winter guests please note that the 13th Street Studio is close to skiing at Kendal Mountain Ski Area (a family ski area a less than a mile away), and Silverton Mountain Ski Area (for advanced and expert skiers 2 miles north). Purgatory Ski Area is 22 miles south with runs for all ability levels. There may be an opportunity to book this unit along with the Greene St. Loft, giving you room to sleep 6 on the same floor. It sits at the top of the stairs, a hallway's length away from the 13th St. Studio Loft. Both lofts have their own locked door and share a common locked door at the street level. The place was charming, relaxing and quiet. We had one minor issue with the outside door, but the owner answered my call immediately and it was resolved with no problem. Bed was comfy. Location was ideal to walk from to anywhere. Great stay and we will be back!

Great Place for Off-Roaders
Me and 2 friends came to ride dirt bikes on the Alpine Loop trails, which start 3 blocks away from the apartment. We were able to secure and store our bikes in a covered area under the deck. It's a convenient location if you're there to off-road all day and come back to downtown Silverton for some good food and drinks. The apartment is in an historic building and has an old-school charm, perfect if you value history over high-brow luxuries. Melissa the property manager was super helpful and responsive when we needed some help. I highly recommend this as a perfect home base for off-road adventures in the San Juans.

This is a centrally located apartment in Silverton close to restaurants and shops. Large enough for 3 adults but better for 2.

A great space. make sure stairs aren't a problem for you, lugging up luggage can get tedious.
Comfortable, well appointed space. Location is good, close to morning coffee and easy trail access. May want to bring an extra towel as there are only two of each size. Neat little loft in a great little town.

Perfect for a mountain town getaway
Property is very charming and in a great location in town. Views of the mountains are fantastic. Upon arrival the unit was well cleaned and well stocked for a long weekend stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for us!
A perfect location and place for my husband and me. We came to Silverton to ride the trails and everything felt catered to us. The studio was spacious for us to spread out after a long day. I loved the historical details the owners left while decorating. We could walk to get anything we needed in town, yet we felt we had our privacy being on the second floor above it all. LOVED our stay!

Amazing Apartment
This is an amazing apartment. It is right in the middle of town so you can walk anywhere. It was so cozy and instantly felt like home. It was spotless and smells so clean and fresh. I can't even say enough about the views. You go to bed and wake up looking at the amazing mountains. There was a little confusion about which door to use to get into the building however we contacted the owner and she was incredibly helpful. We would 100% recommend this apartment and would stay again.

Our loft apartment had everything we needed for the 2 of us. It is well maintained and very comfortable. Restaurants and shops r easily accessible just by walking to them. We would stay here again.

Very nice place to stay. Plenty spacious for 3/4 people if you use the pull out sofa. Prime location. Old building so you can hear your neighbors if they are loud but that’s pretty unavoidable in Silverton in general.

Clean! Comfy! Perfect!
We stayed 2 nights and it was perfect. The available netflix was great. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Ate at Handlebars next door and it was great- not that any dining in town is further than a short walk. Love the aged but updated feel. Just great. Will definitely stay again if we ever make it back to tge San Juans.

Great location in Silverton
This was our third time staying in the studio loft and we appreciated the improvements. The keyless entry was a very nice addition and the motion light in the hallway is great. We also appreciated the black out curtain on the door and transom. We rented from Rock Pirates and had a great time on the alpine loop.

Beautiful spot in the heart of Silverton
Amazing little spot. Everything was perfect for the two of us. Wifi and TV were great and good speed. Nice and close to a little rum bar around the corner. Comfortable and clean. I will definitely book this the next time we are up here! Thanks for the great space!

Great loft! Lots of character.
We arrived in town early from Durango. Contacted Melissa and she was able to accommodate an early check in. Clean, surprisingly quiet as well. Well stocked kitchen and comfy bed.
