Wonderful location! The hotel is beautiful and quietly elegant. Our room was huge with an upstairs loft area and seating/living room on the main floor (with a king size bed). Balcony opened up to the lively and nice neighborhood below filled with great shopping and excellent restaurants within walking distance. Room was sound proof so once we closed the balcony doors - it was totally silent (so easy to nap and sleep) Staff was there 24/7 and always available and happy to help and provide suggestions. While we all loved the hotel, it was truly the staff that made the difference. Thank you Santa Chiara.
Hotel is a tad difficult to find, as our van could not drop us off in front. However the hotel staff immediately came to get us and carry our bags once our driver called reception.

Tucked into historic building along main foot traffic street in Naples. Close to everything.
Difficult to reach on rough roads with luggage.

Nothing.

The beds were comfortable.
We didn’t like the hotel at all. The location is very bad and definitely not worth the price. The reception is on a different floor and the room is on another floor, and having to leave the room key at the reception every single time is just ridiculous. The area itself also feels very unpleasant. We would never stay here again
