Super friendly host. We got a small welcome gift and even some water for the trip home. The room was very clean and the location was great.

The property is beautifully renovated and designed in a very distinctive and stylish way. It consists of a central living area and two bedrooms, so in practice we had the entire place to ourselves. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Naples.
We were welcomed by Rafael, who was exceptionally kind, warm and pleasant. He was the first person we met when we arrived in Naples, and his wonderful welcome gave us a very positive first impression of the city. The rooms are attractively designed and the beds are comfortable.
Several maintenance issues affected our overall experience. In both bathrooms, the shower drains were blocked, causing water to accumulate while showering. The shower fittings also leaked at the connection between the hose and the handheld shower head, and in one bathroom the hot water was inconsistent and came and went unpredictably.
We stayed during a particularly hot period, and unfortunately the air conditioners struggled to cool the rooms adequately. There are also many fragrance diffusers throughout the property; although the scent itself is pleasant, I personally found it very strong and at times overwhelming in the relatively small space.
We were also disappointed with the breakfast. On Booking.com it is described as excellent, but in practice breakfast was served at a nearby café and consisted of coffee and a croissant that did not taste fresh. This fell noticeably short of our expectations.
It is a shame that these relatively simple and fixable issues detract from what is otherwise a beautifully designed property with a very welcoming host and an excellent location.
