We loved the comfortable beds and attentive staff,
Special mention to Mohammed on the beach sun loungers,Wael at breakfast and the housekeeping ladies.
The delivery of our luggage to our room took 45 mins despite numerous requests.
Several items in our room were reported as broken yet despite being flagged several times were never fixed. Outside of breakfast the food was overpriced ie £8 for a bottle of water.

An outstanding stay. The location is excellent, the room with a pool view was beautiful, and the facilities were exactly what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. The toiletries and amenities really added to the luxury experience.
The beach is lovely, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel is only about a 20-minute walk (or a 10-minute cycle) from the city centre. One of the highlights was spending the afternoon by the pool with pizza, wine and beer—it made for a really relaxing day.
The only disappointment was that the pool no longer had its usual view of the beach because of renovation works. We arrived a week before the official start of the season, and this wasn't mentioned when we booked. It would have been helpful to know in advance, as the sea view from the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

We loved everything. We were generously given a triple update to a junior suite. The suite was very luxurious with lots of thoughtful touches and treats brought to the room. The facilities were fantastic- a beautiful pool and gym with a great outdoor area. The location is great- right on the wonderful beach. The staff were outstanding and went out of their way to make our stay special. A big thank you to Yousarr and her reception colleague for their big welcome and looking after us, to Adil for his welcome and attention and to the breakfast team (Yassir, Naoufal and Wassim ) for making our mornings special. I should add that the food is also really delicious and the Ramadan buffet staff were also great. Thank you - we will always remember our stay with happiness

Breakfast was great and well managed. Some staff at the reception were really nice and helpful, while the reception manager was not very welcoming. The food at the beach restaurant was good and the service as well. Apart from that, we think the hotel could be a cool place but it looks like management does not care that much about their guests.
When we arrived, we learned that there was a big construction going on with noise until 8pm. If they had told us before, we would have cancelled. The reception manager was not really sorry for the situation and also not very friendly. Because we complained about the noise and construction view from our room they downgraded us to another room without view and gave us a massage in exchange. Construction workers were running around the pool all day. Not really a great experience for a beach vacation.
The hotel is located a bit far off, no restaurants around and the hotel only has one restaurant on site - they told us their second restaurant would be 10 min by car. Also prices at the pool and the restaurant were quite high for what was offered. Diet Coke for 700 MAD and bottle of water for 900 MAD.
