The location was fantastic, a ten minute walk from Osaka-Umeda station and directly accessible from the underground mall, which was very helpful in the heat and humidity. Staff were extremely helpful, the room looked and felt really nice, and the value for money was excellent.
The room lacked floor space for suitcases and moving around.

It was a bit disappointed with lacking of English speaking staff and they are unable to assist with taxi booking/reservation to go to Kansai airport. These are reason for me to mark it down
lacking of English speaking staff which causes some frustration in communication.
There is only ice machine on level 2 . It would be better if it available on every 2 levels, ie. on level 2, 4, 6, 8, 10
