Very comfortable sizeable room. Staff were helpful.
For me location. Husband cannot walk far, so wished it had been nearer to subway station. However that is literally a 15 minute walk!

Easy 12-15 minute walk to Kyoto Station and all the restaurants and shops in between -
I thought housekeeping 4 days a week as standard was a bit high although you could ask for clean towels etc

The place is well situated
The service at check out was very rude. I was in the lounge on a work call they wanted me to pay a late check out fee which I was ok with but I was in a video work call I couldn’t do two things at once. She became rude and aggressive. I was getting ready to come to the desk to pay after my call it was so unprofessional and pushy it was hard to believe this is Japan! The lounge was noisy due to repairs
