Location, location, location! Having a plunge pool is absolutely necessary during Summer. I spent the whole first day in the “hot tub” which was a misnomer but an innocent one. It’s not heated nor does it have jets but I didn’t care because I will remember the view from it in the last hours of my life. Staff were very, very helpful and kind!
Steps, steps, steps! To have a serene and quiet spot you need to head down the hill. Don’t navigate heavy luggage without enlisting the porters, most will not make it!

How authentic it was and how peaceful it was, with the obvious amazing view
I guess I was just a little disappointed with the breakfast. To add to the experience I would have thought some croissants, Greek yogurt and better fruit selection would help. Some packaged ham, cheese seemed a bit lacking given the quality of everything else

We liked the view incredible.
It has a private pool but could not use it. It was 35 degrees C (95 F) during a sunny ☀️ summer day. The paint also stained our bathing suits, bad paint.
