Lea was exceptionally helpful and responsive to our messages about arrangements, she was really accommodating and her and the team were more than happy to help,

Amazing stay, view, breakfast and service!
Our bellboy helped us carry the luggage up and down the many stairs which was a huge relief!

Fantastic view on the superb location in the middle of Oia. Very comfy apartments with hot tube and superb view. Very friendly stuff (Evaggelia) that will help you with anything you could need. Huge fantastic breakfast that will be delivered directly into your room and a present at arrival. Even the cats are cute and friendly, if you meet them give them some treats.
Nothing to dislike, everything was nice.

A localização é muito boa, com uma vista bonita e acesso conveniente a Oía. A acomodação tem um visual agradável, boa estrutura geral e a equipe demonstrou flexibilidade com as bagagens, o que ajudou na chegada e na saída. Jacuzzi aquecida e limpa funcionam super bem para banhos noturnos. O silêncio na região do hotel é surpreendentemente bom!
O serviço ficou abaixo do esperado para uma hospedagem dessa categoria. A equipe de manutenção e limpeza entrou no quarto e na varanda sem o devido cuidado, em alguns momentos com postura pouco gentil. A limpeza tentou entrar enquanto estávamos no quarto e depois não retornou. Também não havia sinalização de “Do Not Disturb”. Os roupões molharam e não foram trocados, ficando encharcadas no local. A acomodação possui uma espécie de cozinha, mas sem pia, o que limita bastante o uso. O café da manhã esfriou e não conseguiram trocar apesar de terem dado uma alternativa, seleção de produtos era básica e houve pouca flexibilidade para pedidos específicos. Também é importante destacar que há muitas escadas, bem íngremes, o que pode ser um problema para pessoas com restrição de mobilidade. No geral, a localização é boa, mas o nível de serviço não acompanha o padrão esperado nem o preço cobrado. Para quem espera uma vista do pôr do sol nenhum quarto na acomodação atende isso. Fica encoberto pelo castelo. O que não deixa a vista menos bonita.
