there was some water damage on the floor. Would have been nice if that was taken care off.

Very good location, with good restaurants nearby and also a Lidl.
The lack of soap and shampoo in the bathroom, else everything was ok.

Location is excellent, plenty of good restaurants (and shopping mall and Lidl) in front of building. And close to some public transport stations. Comfortable beds, hosts are good. Parking worked great.
My only but biiig complaint is that apartments are full of yellow ants. I read that they are attracted to moisture in drains, so we were meeting them mostly in toilets (our towels as well), but they attacked our cough syrup that we had on top of the fridge in the kitchen too meaning they can be everywhere and you cannot cook or leave cups/stuff around. I can accept a little worn out furniture, or some elements in the apartment little broken, but bugs are never acceptable. That is main reason for my lower review.
