La pulizia delle stanze dovrebbe essere più accurata

Camera ampia e spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort, con phone, cassaforte e bollitore con tè. Comodissimo il balcone personale. Colazione abbondante sia per il dolce che per il salato. Staff giovane, cordiale, disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un imprevisto e ci hanno immediatamente aiutati e supportati. Ottima la posizione vicinissima alla metro 3.

The location, the staff were friendly. Modern, clean adn very good value for money for any budget traveller.

Breakfast options were limited to say the least. Always ensure you get the room that you paid for as there was a mix up with our room but this got rectified after asking.

Great value for money, the rooms are big and comfortable. The receptionists are very friendly – I send my regards to the red-haired lady. The rooms are cleaned daily, however when I checked in the floors were dirty. Breakfast is good, I'd prefer better coffee though.

Laundry service didn't work, the bar & restaurant didn't work. Thermostat is shining brightly at night, no way to turn the backlight off.

Szép, tiszta, felújított szálloda. A belső udvarra néző szoba csendes és nyugodt volt. Ár-értek arányban kiváló.

A reggeli lehetne választékosabb.

Parking provided, good staff. Clean and nice

The fire alarm went off around 5 am. It was very scary. It lasted for 5 minutes and it was extremely loud. No one explained anything to us or apologized for the inconvenience. Thank goodness there was no real fire.

Lage perfekt, direkt neben der Metro.

Hideg volt liftben. A garázsból nehezen megtalálható a szálloda bejárata.

The location of the hotel is great, the metro is just across the road, the city centre is just a few stops away. I also consider the speed of the wifi in the room and the friendly staff at the front desk to be a plus.

Upon arrival, we had a long wait to check in as the reception was full of new guests and there was one lady in charge of all of them. Only before the end another member came to help. Even though the hotel knew how many people they had staying breakfast was unmanageable. The staff did not keep up with the food and taking used dishes away from the tables. The photos of the breakfast do not reflect the reality, I especially missed the fresh vegetables and fruit. The room was also extremely hot and the heating could not be regulated.

Posizione dell'hotel comoda appena fuori dalla metropolitana e comoda per tutti i collegamenti. Camera spaziosa ed arredata bene.

Migliorerei la colazione sia come qualità che quantità. C'era molta disorganizzazione nel servizio e non adeguato al numero di persone presenti

A szállás hely jó tiszta szép

Ami nem tetszett , hogy hosszú repülő után után derül ki hogy végül is nincsen szállás és mashol kell megszállni. Elméletileg a szobák felújítás alatt vannak ilyen esetben ezt akkor a foglalásnál kellett volna feltüntetni persze akkor derült ki amikor oda érünk. A személyzet hozzáállása nagyon makacs parasztos , meg kértük szépen hívjanak egy taxit ,hogy bár akkor tudjunk át menni a másik szállodába és erre sem volt hajlandó a hölgy . Mint vendéglátós én ezt a viselkedést felhábóritonak tartom ,ilyen beszed stílussal nem lehet vendégekkel beszélni .

Everything was great, the breakfast has room for improvement. There was one guy that made for us some pancakes with Bacon and maple syrup he was great but 5 min later his shift ended, the lady that replace him was not very friendly, and the next couple of days the food at the breakfast was not very good, I mean it was decent since I am not very picky but my gf was a bit dissapointed. Other than this everything was great, I would say it is good hotel.

La ubicación delante de una parada de metro

El trato del personal, sobretodo en los desayunos. Desayuno nefasto, 1,30h antes del cierre ya no había nada y no reponían!!!! La calor extrema que hacía en las habitaciones y la suciedad!!!

مكان الفندق . الموظفين غير متعاونين وخصوصا الاستقبال فى وحجده مليانه جدا غير متعاونه المكان فيه ازعاج من داخل الفندق ومن خارج يوجد شارع تحت الفندق من الخلف يمر الناس من خلاله عامل ازعاج ارصراحه لم استمتع بهدا الفندق الفندق لايقبل اليورو او الدولار للعلم ..... يقبل فلوس المحليه فقط

Új szálloda, jó helyen.

A recepciósokat meg lehetne tanítani köszönni, és szájhúzás helyett egy "jó utat! Örülünk, hogy nálunk voltak!" sokkal jobb lett volna. Az, hogy hajnali ötkor a tűzjelző az egész vendégsereget felébresztette nem biztos, hogy a szálloda hibája. Az előző nagyon súlyosan...

Soba je prostrana sa novim nameštajem. Dnevno se čisti.Postoji mogućnost parkiranja u garaži hotela.Metro stanica je preko puta.4stanice udaljen od centra.

Jedina zamerka je za organizaciju doručka. Iako nemam zamerki na kvalitet hrane i raznovrsnost zakazali su sa čišćenjem stolova i dopunom hrane.

A recepción nem beszelnek magyarul, Magyarországon! Ez nagyon felháborító!

The hotel was clean and near the metro station

Long waiting lines at the reception, very long process for check in and also for check out.

Room with ants, than room toward main street was very noisy. Breakfast quality and sortiment of food was not very good. Hadr to find clean place during morning breakfast, not enough staff to clean the tables.

The rooms were big and clean. The breakfast was also delicious!

The staff was not very welcoming or communicative; also we had a mistake at 5am from the fire alarm. Not a very nice way to wake up.

Location.

The place is not near the 4 star they gave themselves, maybe 3 (?). And their breakfast is a joke.

Location was fine for the purpose of our stay. good location - near public transport. room relatively spacious for 2 people. Ideal to come in, sleep, and leave.

Dirty bathroom, Balcony not very private. (disregarding the terrible view). Terrible breakfast, cold, bad selection, tables were not cleared for througout. we had to sit at a messy table. Although parking was meant to be free - I had to pay.
