It was very clear and spacious. The bathroom was extremely clean. The labels on tbe bathroom appliances were funny.

Clean, friendly staff, room was cool (until we turned the AC off) location was great with the metro station being directly across the road.
The breakfast. There was a good choice, but it was always cold. Not even previously was hot and then cooled, felt like they poured the beans straight from the tin into the serving hot plates. If the food was hot it would be really hard to fault

The room was comfy and spacious. The location of the hotel right next to the metro station is very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
This hotel is not quite a 4-star one but rather a 3-star one. Which is perfectly fine, but let's just be honest about it. It is located right next to the major hospital so you constantly hear ambulance sirens from early in the morning until very late at night, likely in all parts of the hotel. The hallway walls and carpeting could use some serious renovation and update. Breakfast is fair, but coffee is honestly horrible. (and no, I am not some uptight coffee connoisseur, just a regular morning coffee person). So while the noise aspect is something that cannot be addressed obviously ever, I think that the overall interior comfort and breakfast including coffee could surely be upgraded. Also, the hotel parking is 25 eur per day which I thought was a bit too much to be honest. Luckily the standard street parking in the city is completely free of charge every weekend so do take advantage of that.

Hotel near the metro station and relatively close to the city center
- I paid in advance and was charged for a superior room and received a small standard room.
- At the time of check-in, the reception staff promised that the situation would be changed but nothing happened.
- The cleanliness in the room received is at a low level.
- no liquid soap in the bathroom dispensers
- TV remote control not working
- the temperature setting device in the room was not working, in the room was very hot
- the toilet was not disinfected, I found toilet paper on the first use
- parking is overly expensive
