nice hotel, all you need for a short stay
the room was a bit small for 3 people, and the carpeted floors just add dust... but in general, ok.

The room was provided to us earlier, which was a big help. The breakfast was really good.
We booked extra bed for our room, which was comfortable but spacewise the room felt a little smaller.

Good location (less than 10 mins walk from airport bus, easy walk to main nightlife area and the river). Friendly staff with excellent English. Comfortable bed. Good value.
This would have been very quiet and an ideal stay, but you can't switch off the air conditioning fan above the bed, despite the room having individual controls. Reception said it's centrally controlled. So I did not sleep well because of this constant noise (even with earplugs), which spoiled my visit to Budapest.
