The location is amazing, it is so close to the Los Cristianos port, Los Cristianos beach and Las Vistas beach. There are many restaurants nearby and supermarkets. The balcony is amazing!
Also, the apartment was big enough for a 2-week stay and it was clean.
We knew from the start that there is no air conditioning, so we are not complaining, but we would truly recommend installing one for future stays.

Il lavandino del bagno è praticamente inutilizzabile, è assolutamente troppo piccolo. La mancanza di aria condizionata ti obbliga a tenere aperte le finestre durante la notte e i rumori della gente che lavora nei locali sottostanti e gli schiamazzi dei passanti ti svegliano

Posizione eccezionale, in pieno centro di Los cristianos. Tutto raggiungibile facilmente e a piedi. Spiaggia di fronte casa e altre raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi

Confortable et propre. Linges de bains en suffisance. Cuisine bien équipée.
Le manque de ventilation avec une chaleur étouffante qui oblige à essayer de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Malheureusement je n’avais aucune idée sur le lieu épouvantable qu’est Los Cristianos au niveau nuisance sonore, entre autre, donc pas beaucoup dormi.
