Good location, but poor transparency and cleanliness.

The location is quite good, although it can sometimes be a bit too noisy.

Unfortunately, there were a few issues that I feel should be mentioned: 1. A safety fee of at least €100 is charged for the duration of the stay, but this is not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. 2. There are three restaurants on the ground floor of the building, which unfortunately results in cockroaches appearing in the apartment, even though I kept my rubbish bin empty throughout the entire stay. Pest control treatment was carried out during our stay, but unfortunately, the effect lasted only a few days.

La vicinanza alla spiaggia ed ai locali della zona.

Gli spazzi ridotti, l’allestimento della cucina con poche pentole, in alcuni casi inadatte al piano ad induzione e la scarsa disponibilità di posate e stoviglie. L’accesso con un cancellino che molte volte non si apriva.
