It is only 15 minutes away from SFO, 20 minutes from downtown San Francisco. 2 Queen beds and 1 sofa bed 10 minutes' walk distance to Skyline Plaza. 99 Ranch Supermarket, Asian food (Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese restaurant), KFC, Pizza Hut, Subway, Bakery. Smart Roku TV with Disney channel, National geographic, ESPN, Hulu movies, local TV and many other show or movies. 12 mins drive to Golden Gate Park. 2 miles to Serramonte Center. 4.5 miles to Stonestown Shopping Center. washer and dryer in the garage shared with downstairs tenants The house is on the second floor. There are 15-step of stairs to get on to the house entrance. No smoking, No illegal drugs or recreational use of marijuana in the house or in close proximity of the house. Not suitable for party or private events. No pets. The room is for 6 people max, all occupant must be on the guest list.

This was a great place to stay. It was convenient to the city and so many other places we wanted to visit. Being close to the coast, we enjoyed the cool climate while the rest of the state was having a heatwave. It was nice to have the extra space for my kids to sprawl around. We would definitely come back on our next trip to SF.

This rental was absolutely beautiful, clean, and perfectly located. A quiet, safe neighborhood, a quick drive to downtown SF. The apartment had everything you could need and the view from the balcony was awesome. The sofa in the living room is super comfortable and great to sleep on. The owner was easily reachable via text and quick to respond. I would stay again if in San Francisco.

Our stay here was brief, but the place was nice, clean, and had a lovely deck with an incredible view. The owner was great to work with and provided everything could have needed. The proximity to the beach, the city and the Golden Gate Bridge was fantastic.

We loved the location, the view and the space. Tenants below but never had an issue. Ken responds quickly to messages. We had everything we needed. Would go again and recommend.

Property was clean and in a convenient location. Neighborhood was a bit noisy. It was very unsettling that there was another tenant in the building. We were not aware of this before our arrival. The security between us was not adequate. There were many items in disrepair at this property. Too many to list. More attention to detail would be nice. The downstairs tenant decided to do laundry in the middle of the night. The laundry is in the garage area and below a bedroom. Therefore the noise form the washer and dryer kept us awake. Probably would not recommend this property if you need sleep.

Location was great and about 20 minutes to and from most popular San Francisco tourist attractions. Can see the ocean and city views from the balcony. House has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Owner is very quick to respond and very accommodating. We had a quiet stay except for hearing downstairs tenant chatter now and then. I would stay here again when returning to visit the Bay Area.

The upstairs property has a very nice sun deck from which you can see both the San Francisco beach to the north and the bay to the east. Very nice neighborhood, both bedrooms, kitchen bathroom and living room are in great shape.
