Located in Shaver Lake, this attractive cabin for $325 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This cozy, clean cabin is located in the very popular, east village. A prime location, walking distance to stores, restaurants, and just 1/4 mile to the lake. Shaver Lake is the perfect place to vacation. The climate is ideal with cool summers and mild winters. The list of activities is long and includes, hiking, fishing, skiing, sledding, boating, snowmobiling, horseback riding, and more! Sun screen, paper plates, napkins. We have plenty of dishes, but do not have a dishwasher. It is nice to have paper plates as an option should you not feel like cleaning up the kitchen:) Extra newspaper for the fire. We will be available to help you with questions prior to or during your stay by phone, text, or email. Please do not hesitate to give us a call! When you rent our cabin, you will have the entire cabin during your stay. You have access to the entire home. I'll send you a personalized key code one week before check-in. Access is that easy :) The cabin is for families and friend getaways only, no parties. We are the owners, not a rental agency. We have neighbors who live next to our cabin year round and we want to respect that. The east village is the closest you can get to the lake as for cabin rentals! Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine upon your arrival! Two-story, 1444 square feet outfitted to suit the needs of a modern vacationer. Beautiful new hardwood flooring throughout! A fully equipped kitchen provides a user-friendly space to cook a meal. A washer and dryer in the cabin are perfect for soggy ski clothes. Entertainment options like flat-screen TVs mean you can cozy up with a good movie next to the fireplace! Large deck with table and chairs in the summertime, with a good cup of joe in hand (complimentary selection of coffee and hot cocoa are offered, of course). We have a crockpot, waffle maker, and flat griddle great for pancakes or crepes! We have a nice covered bbq area with a charcoal bbq. You will need to bring charcoal. Wifi, 2 flat-screen TVs equipped with Blu-ray players so you can access your fav programs via Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, or other, DVD library, bocce ball, corn hole, foosball, and board games. The cabin has two bedrooms, each with queen beds and dressers. The loft has two double beds and a full pull out couch. New mattresses and linens. Linens - We DO provide clean linens Towels - We DO provide clean bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Toiletries - We DO provide shampoo, conditioner, and soap for each bathroom. It's our favorite place & we are excited to share it with you! If you have a large party, multiple families, family reunion, wedding...secure multiple cabins to be close to your friends and family! Message me for details @thecabinhost. As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with the below protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $3,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and up to $500,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury. Complete terms regarding the Trust and Safety coverage will be included in your welcome message. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. There is no public transportation in Shaver Lake. In the winter you will want a 4 wheel drive vehicle or snow chains.

We stayed for a long weekend with 2 families with small kids. Great loft for kids to sleep in with 2 rooms for the adults. Short drive to China Peak. Appreciated all the cooking extras in the kitchen like small appliances, spices, and condiments. Would definitely stay here again.

Super Stay in Shaver
Jamie went out of her way to help us book a last minute getaway for New Year's. Shaver was beautiful with the recent snowfall and the Elderberry Retreat was perfect. In a great location with a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and the pub. There were families sledding all around the neighborhood. Enjoyed the fireplace with hot chocolate every night. Jamie-The Cabin Host manages a number of cabins and I would definitely look at renting one of the others if this one is unavailable for the time you want. Thanks again Jamie!

Updated and well stocked cabin
My family had a wonderful stay at this updated cabin. It is very close to the lake and the main area of town. The cabin is stocked with many items (large pots/pans, spices, wii, movies, foosball, bocce ball) and has an open floor plan for all to gather. I have stayed at many Shaver lake cabins over the years, but this cabin has been the best by far. I hope to rent again next year.

The cabin was so comfortable and had a perfect floor plan! The kids loved the upstairs loft with the games! A little disappointed in the WiFi/cable (not sure) connection to the TV....we were unable to watch a movie all the way through because it kept buffering all the time. But overall the stay was great 👍

Gem in the middle of everything
Beautiful cozy cabin that was great for a family getaway. Everything we needed was provided. Stove in fireplace provided warmth for the whole cabin and was supplied with ample wood we appreciated. Centered in the middle of shaver village, we walked around frequently enjoying the neighborhood and town. We look forward to returning, thank you.

Great place.
We had a great time in the snow for a last minute trip while our cabin was having some work done. The cabin was as described except for some confusion about a 3rd bedroom which is actually an open loft. If we ever needed to stay again we would. Thank you, Jamie.

Amazing Place!
This place was great. Jaime was such a great host. Allowed us for an early check in, which really helped out. Place was very clean and cozy, and stocked with just about anything you need. Plenty of linens and places to sleep, and soap and shampoo in both showers. Location was amazing, although roads were pitch black at night. Make sure you bring a small flashlight or phone LED if you will be walking down to the bars or restaurant. (Maybe a 7 minute walk....?) Super close. Everyone was great in Shaver, great place to take a mini-vaca. Will def be back, and hope to rent this same place next year. Thanks again Jaime!!!

Great cabin we love Shaver Lake!
It was very easy to rent and communicate with the owners. The cabin was super clean had everything we needed. The cabin is very close to the lake and stores. We had a wonderful time and we are already talking about coming back.

Wells Cabin
We loved our stay at the Wells cabin in Shaver Lake. It was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Great location near lake. Day use area is just 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive down the road. Beautiful cabin in a serine setting. Would definitely stay here again. Owner Jamie was so helpful and answered all our questions. Excellent rental!

Great Time in Shaver Lake!
We had a wonderful time in the snow. Amazing Skiing at China Peak with a cozy cabin to enjoy in the evening. Fireplace. Well stocked kitchen. Wonderful Parking. Two bedrooms with doors that close. Third bedroom is a loft with 2 beds and electric fireplace, foosball and board games. Perfect!

Great house for our Thanksgiving break
Had an amazing time in this nice cabin near Shaver Lake over Thanksgiving. We were two families with 4 kids, it was perfect for the eight of us. Nestled between tall trees the place is quite and peaceful. Very close to Camp Edison on Shaver Lake which is a great place to spend the day. Thank you Jamie for making our stay comfortable.

The perfect cabin for our two family vacation. Cabin is clean and cozy and has plenty of space for everyone. This was our second year in a row staying here and we hope to be back for years to come.
