Nestled in Shaver Lake, this lovely cabin for $361 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The Sparrow's Nest is located in the very popular, east village. A prime location, walking distance from stores, restaurants, and just 1/4 mile to the lake. Shaver Lake is the perfect place to vacation. The climate is ideal with cool summers and mild winters. The list of activities is long and includes, hiking, fishing, skiing, sledding, boating, snowmobiling, horseback riding, and more! You will have access to the entire cabin when you book with us. This is not shared space, you will be alone. The east village is the closest you can get to the lake as for cabin rentals. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine upon your arrival! The Sparrow's Nest is a darling mountain getaway on a beautiful extra large lot. 1518 square feet, 3bed/2bath outfitted with classic french country decor. A fully equipped open kitchen provides a user-friendly space to cook a meal. A washer and dryer in the cabin are perfect for soggy ski clothes or beach towels. Entertainment options like flat-screen TVs mean you can cozy up with a good movie next to the fireplace! Large deck with table and chairs in the summertime, with a good cup of joe in hand (complimentary selection of coffee and hot cocoa are offered, of course). We have a nice covered bbq area with a propane bbq. Wifi, 2 flat-screen TVs equipped with Blu-ray players so you can access your fav programs via Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, or other. Three bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a queen located downstairs, bedroom 2 has a queen and twin, and bedroom 3 has two sets of bunk beds, each with a full size on the bottom and twin on top. Linens - We DO provide clean linens Towels - We DO provide clean bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths Toiletries - We DO provide shampoo, conditioner & body wash If you have a large party, multiple families, family reunion, wedding...secure multiple cabins to be close to your friends and family! We rented the Sparrows Nest for our large family for a week and had a very enjoyable stay. Kitchen had all the amenities and the place had a bbq and corn hole for nice evenings outdoors.

Well when we got to the cabin we find out that it’s haven’t been serviced after previous renters so I called the manager and let them know what is going on and she was very sorry about that and immediately start figuring things out. So in less then half hour we were placed in cabin across the street which was very nice and clean and cozy and beautiful!!! We had very good time celebrating my husband’s birthday with family.

This cabin was not only immaculately clean upon our arrival but it really does have everything you need from the kitchen to the linens. We relaxed in the comfy living room and enjoyed the deck, fire pit, and yard surrounded by the beautiful trees. The rooms are nice and big. Jamie is a fantastic host. Check in and out was easy and communication was timely and helpful. We would definitely stay at this cabin again and also would love to stay at the other cabins Jamie hosts. This was an amazing vacation rental experience!!

But I got the days messed up when I did the reservation online I thought we did a three day did it in such a hurry and didn’t realize the dates so got there it was freezing it took so long to warm cabin then got the flu!!! Hit us like wildfire!!!! Horrible weekend housekeeping lady was giving is horrible looks and blocked my son from leaving trying to intimidate us I honestly made the mistake and I think we were taking advantage that wasn’t the case but we all had the flu don’t know how but it wasn’t a good experience and it was our very first trip to shaver

Hoped for a great cabin experience with snow for the grandkids. Hopes were realized. No fancy resort, no long lines, no grumpy vacationers. The cabin was just right for our needs. We were broken-hearted by the fire damage down the hill from Shaver but thankful for the efforts of Cal Fire so that Shaver Lake was spared.
