About this condo rental
Located in Estero Island, this lovely condo for $200 per night is a great choice for your next break. Spectacular Gulf views from this pristine 11th floor beachfront condo in an excellent walkable location makes for a lovely island vacation. Meticulously maintained & updated condo #1103A in highly sought after Estero Beach and Tennis Club. Enjoy both sunrises and sunsets from our patio, fantastic natural sunlight and peaceful water views from every room in our condo. Beautifully maintained beachfront complex with well-kept heated pool, a lovely private beach, brand new tennis and pickleball courts, and sits on seven miles of white sand beaches. Fort Myers Beach was heavily impacted by Hurricane Ian in September 2022 and is in the process of building back our wonderful island. Construction is ongoing throughout the island and in our condo complex. Thank you for your understanding and support as we all work together to rebuild Fort Myers Beach. Walk to CVS, a marina with boat rentals & sunset tours, a trolley, and more. Publix grocery store is 2 miles away, and 25+ restaurants are open on the island. Santini Plaza (the shopping plaza across the street from our condo complex), is scheduled to reopen in June 2024, but construction delays are possible. Once Santini Plaza opens, you will be able to walk to restaurants, boutique shops, and more. Two flat screen smart TVs, Xfinity cable with 140+ channels and free private/secure Xfinity high speed WiFi internet. Especially well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, J.A. Henckels cookware, stainless appliances, undercabinet lighting, and all you need to make great meals and memories. Newly painted condo interior, and brand new bathroom with granite counter, bamboo vanity, and high end fixtures. Luxurious linens, blankets, a king-size pillow top mattress, great pillows, and the ocean breeze will help you to sleep especially well. Plentiful high-quality linens and beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella, beach toys & more. Sofa converts into a hide-a-bed with upgraded memory foam mattress. Laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers available in our building. Take trolley ride to downtown Fort Myers Beach, a library, grocery store, and Lover's Key State Park to rent kayaks, canoes, stand up paddle boards and bicycles. This lovely condo sits in the heart of the Gulf coast of Florida on the south end of Fort Myers Beach, also known as Estero Island, a 7 mile island of powdery white sand beach. A quick drive to Lovers Key, Sanibel Island, Bonita Beach, Naples, The Edison and Ford Winter Estates, and Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). We love our beachfront vacation condo, and we know you will too. We’re dedicated to helping you to have an especially enjoyable stay. Very nice little condo with everything we needed. Very nice view. Right on the beach so we could walk every morning. Still a lot of construction on the property and pool was not done yet. Would stay again.

Once it got there it was comfortable, but took a while. The coffee machine decided to stop working after we bought some coffee grounds from the Publix nearby, and we had to go buy coffee daily.

Fantastic property!
We loved our stay at this lovely unit. It’s well appointed and one of the best stocked condos we’ve ever rented. The view is spectacular and the turnings were very comfortable. The owners provide plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. and anything you need for a great beach vacation. There is easy beach access and this area of the beach is quiet with miles of good walking.
We highly recommend and would rent again!

What a great condo! I have never stayed somewhere so well equipped! Everything we needed at our fingertips, beautiful view and great beach! Cannot recommend this condo enough!

The location was perfect. There were a number of quality restaurant options within a short walking distance, as well as some small local business shopping , etc.
The condo was clean, comfy and had some great views of the beach from a side window and the balcony. The pool was perfect, not very crowded, with plenty of lounge chairs.
We were somewhat disappointed with the beach. It had lots of erosion from what we figured was multiple storms over the past several years. We still enjoyed it. And, the owners provided everything we needed from a large storage closet right inside the front door. Really convenient.
The communication the owners provided was truly, the best with the most complete, easy to understand instructions we have ever received from a vacation VRBO.
We recommend this condo, and highly recommend the Estero Beach and Tennis Club.

This property was amazing it was exactly like the pictures. I was amazed to see everything that was there for our stay. Everything we needed for the beach 🏖 it had supplies for everything. Highly recommend 😊🏖with an ocean view ❤️

We had a great time at this property! The hosts were super easy to communicate with and everything was as expected. We did struggle a little bit with the pool being not so kid friendly but that had nothing to do with the host. My husband and I would return again.

I had never been to Fort Myers before and I absolutely LOVED it! Loved the patio where I sat and enjoyed the spectacular ocean views every day and night! The condo was great, kitchen well-done and had everything I needed. The strip mall across the street was an added bonus with South Beach, Sandbar being great restaurants to go to! Marion was great when I needed anything- super prompt and lovely to talk to. The view was perfect Sunrise to sunset! Kitchen is extended compared to other rentals we've had here. Appreciated having a dishwasher & bes5 views ever. ALSO Lots of towels if needed.

Exceeds Expectations!
This property was absolutely perfect! Awesome for 2 people and it was loaded with anything you would need for a great vacation. Tons of stuff for the beach and kitchen was awesome. Location was perfect for us. We like being away from the craziness of downtown FMB but was close enough to get to easily. Owners were super responsive and great to work with. Can’t wait til next year!!

Fun and Relaxing
Sweeping views of ocean, sitting outside on the balcony eating meals, and shelling was so much fun! The condo was perfect for the two of us and decorated so adorably in beach. Hosts were friendly and easily accessible. We really like the huge binder of menus, excursions and places to explore. Thanks to the hosts!!!

Quaint and cute condo with awesome views of the bay and ocean. Nicely kept pool. Very short walk to the beach. Conveniently located near restaurants and area attractions. Perfect for two people. Loved having an early breakfast/lunch on the balcony. Maria and Tim are very quick to respond to any of your needs/concerns. I would highly recommend!!!

Maria was very responsive to communication and even went as far as to check in on us and ask how we were doing when Elsa came through. Being from the mid west, we've never experienced a hurricane so that meant a lot to us.
The property was exactly how it was described in the listing. It had everything we could ask for. My 8 year son loved sleeping on the air mattress, my 14 year old loved sleeping on the pull out bed. The included beach chairs, umbrella, towels and sand toys were honestly a life saver. It made the beach way more enjoyable. When we weren't at the beach, we loved swimming in the pool. The view from the balcony was awesome.
If you're staying on Estero Island, I recommend this place.

Perfect apartment for two people with great views of the ocean, bay, and pool. Short walk to the private beach and across the street to restaurants and shops. Owners were on site and very helpful. Beach was never super crowded which was nice!
