Very close to the station which makes it perfect for those transmitting to Cinque Terre. Because of weather - they apparently use an open patio - we got a bag breakfast of croissant and sweet. Combined with the snacking welcome basket it was quite fine. Small frig and coffee maker made the room useful.
The low score for staff is because I didn't see ANY! Unlike a hotel or B&B it's part of a group of small clusters of room units (at least 2) in various buildings. Each room is independent. All communication is electronic. We found procedures very confusing but we are old.
There is an assigned 'personal assistant' who you message with and can - in an emergency - call. Ours - Delia - seemed extremely nice (!) but the system of no face to face contact combined with all electronic contact was not our style at all.
I did not like the e-interface for extras and paying room tax. It wouldn't work unless you gave it full permission to sell your info for marketing purposes to all comers. We were allowed to pay cash instead and that was good.

Close to train station. Clean modern room. Breakfast included at main hotel just across the road.

It was in a good location, trains were not too loud. Included breakfast was simple, yet good. The room was very clean and serviced everyday. Staff were lovely.
The shower was warm for about 30seconds maximum, then it was cold. Being picky almost due for a new mattress.

Room was lovely and clean, Breakfast very nice.
Walk from station to property includes climbing very steep hill, not suitable for everyone. Once inside property gates you are met with many steep stairs to climb, having read on website rooms were on Ground Floor this was not the case and as I have a disability found this quite difficult.
