The location was beautiful in the mountains amidst nature, offering peace and quiet and stunning views. The staff was wonderful in their dealings .Gary and Russell, as the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not good and when they were informed of the problem they changed rooms while keeping the previous room for luggage. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyable on the balcony.
Things were fine, maybe some of the sheets and blankets need replacing, and the Wi-Fi signal doesn't reach the upper floor.

Property is good. Few rooms facing the mountain is exceptional. Serene, calm and relaxing, good staffs, very near to the Kandy city. Dining possible as per the choice. Cleanliness is little more desired to rate it 9. Overall the experience was great and worth the location.

Very friendly staff - good value - excellent breakfast- lovely view - location not in the center and it’s a little bit on the top of a hill maybe it’s challenging for people who go on walk
