Beautiful property but needs some work and attention.
Only two toilets is wholly inadequate for 3 families and
Nine people.
We had to report that water was escaping into the street below the pool, which caused the house owner opposite the rear pool, to complain to us more than once.
Also the upstairs toilet was not flushing properly.
The location was stunning and the response from the
office to the issues where positive.

Todo fue increible la verdad , el trato y el alojamiento era ideal, la ubicación esta bien siempre que tengas coche, aunque andando alojamiento centro son 30 mints y tienes una playa cerca a 8 y hay un montón de taxis por lo que hace super facil el traslado.La villa fue de las mejores que he probado hasta ahora , la piscina y la casa super acogedora y espaciosa.
Faltaban vasos y algo de vajilla .

Firstly, picking up the keys at the Plus Holidays reception was a pain. We had to divert our transfer at extra cost to pick up the keys. Having hired villas in Spain on a number of occasions, a lockbox would be a much simpler method of entry. There was no welcome, no explanatory documentation and no information pack. The villa itself was well located, lovely swimming pools, lovely views and shaded areas on the patio/terrace. The villa itself was very large and plenty of common space for our party of 9. It was ok but luxury it was not.
Only 2 bathrooms for a villa of that size and with our numbers in our group seems ridiculous given there is so much space to create additional bathrooms. We did have some sickness in the group during our stay and an additional bathroom would have made everyones lives more comfortable. The downstairs bathroom was very tired and cramped. The whole villa could do with a refresh and update. The upstairs toilet kept overflowing which seems to be an enduring problem having read previous reviews. The main concern was the gate surrounding the pool area could not be secured. We had a toddler in our family group and chose the villa because of the gated pool facility. There was no inventory in the whole villa. It would have been better to have a better range of kitchen ware with plastic mugs for the outside areas. The television had no inputs and therefore could not work. We weren't planning to watch tv too much but it would have been ideal for the kids to watch some for a bit of down time. Neighbours were complaining about water coming down from the villa on to the road. That has also featured in previous reviews. The outside lighting was inadequate, bulbs missing and bare cables where light fittings should have been. The 'gym' was a danger risk. The outside sofas are rattan and falling to bits, previous images showed lots of plump cushions which certainly weren't they during our visit.
