Super kind staff, good chaps. The place is safe, with modern card entry. Nice and clean room (they clean every day), with good A/C, comfortable bed, and a proper bathroom. The windows are insanely soundproof, it was completely silent inside closed. The breakfast was rather modest, but just enough, with good coffee and pastries. 204 bus stops nearby, you can reach it via the elevator in the bridge, and you can get anywhere with that. And the La Locanda del Monacone is a 3 minute walk - it is probably the best restaurant in Napoli.
I'd have just a bit of fruits and milk for breakfast but that's not a real problem.

Its a good part of Naples to be. The building is interesting as it was a monastry. Its next to the Catacombs too which you can get discount too for staying next door.
Staff are not there all the time. It wasn't an issue for us. They are there in the morning for check in/check out and someone is there at breakfast.
Breakfast is a simple continental. The croissants are amazing but not lots of choice of other things. Good for price.
