Great communication from the hosts ahead of my arrival, and my room was ready even though I was ahead of check in time. I stayed in the double room Mare Luna. You get a set of keys; one for the apartment block main door, one for the Napoli B&B property, and one for your own room. The room is incredibly modern and absolutely pristine inside, contemporary decor. Hot shower, comfortable bed, bar chairs by the breakfast bar, great air-conditioning. The fridge is very cold [the ice compartment is not!!] with a variety of drinks available which are chargeable extra to your board. Francesco and Erika were very attentive, I only ordered breakfast for my second day but it was ready promptly and very tasty, most delicious nectarine ever! I had googled 'taxi rank' and couldn't see one show up nearby, so Francesco booked me a car - €35 to the airport [€25 to the train station] - although as we set off I did notice one left along the main road Piazza Cavour, so that may have been cheaper.

Despite the listing, there is no 'view' (only of a crumbling plaster wall of the block immediately opposite this balcony!) and looking down the listing, I don't see any evidence of various things for example any wellness, so perhaps if there's something you specifically require, it's probably best to message them and see if it is indeed provided, and I just wasn't aware.
The property is down a small cobbled domestic street, you have to climb through a tiny raised wooden door cut into the huge wooden frontage, there's only a small sign on the wall to tell you where you are. I think I would have struggled without my great taxi driver finding exactly that door for me! You then need to go through the gloomy internal 'yard'/ lightwell and up two flights of stairs to get to the property, so be sure you're comfortable with that especially if you're solo travelling, or travelling at a dark time of year.
Had to plug the kettle in on the floor as there's no socket visible on top of the breakfast bar.

Excellent location, very clean. There was so much choice for breakfast which was brought to our room. Erika was really helpful and kept in touch with us whilst we were held up for nearly 2 hours after arriving at the airport.

Clean, central and communicative. Right next to the Archeological Museum. Close to good food options.
The 2 flights of stairs, but you’re in Italy. Not at all surprising.

The apartment is located right next to Archeological museum, so some parts of Naples centre are reachable on foot (like Spaccanapoli), others by using the tube (station Museo 150 metres). Apartment is in a second floor of and old building, but you are away from the hustle and bustle. The host was willing to help carry the suitcase upstairs.
Apartment is completely renovated, but not very spacious, there is no space for breakfast, so a breakfast is served by the host inside the room you sleep, you must order a day before on a sheet your choice for breakfast. There is a water dispenser in the lobby, glasses for 1 euro.
