Breakfast was fabulous. The on-duty staff were hugely solicitous. The location was brilliant . It was a last minute booking to accommodate a change in plan so we had less choice of room. The stairs in Room 101 were a bit of a challenge! For me! Even so, I would not hesitate to recommend this boutique hotel to anyone travelling to Crete.

A very pretty building with tastefully designed rooms and a quiet inner courtyard area - ideal for breakfast. Located right in the centre. Staff kindly assisted with dinner reservation.
Not a big problem for us but as a higher end hotel longer reception hours would be nice (open till 3pm). Some communication is by AI which is less helpful than the staff.

Nice to have two floors. Breakfast staff very attentive. Good location.
Ground floor was freezing so unusable. Why not have heater here as well as on first floor? Tiny bathroom was terribly designed. Flooded with every shower. Tap in wrong place. Really horrible canned music at breakfast. Put me right off.
