The hotel was very well situated. The rooms were comfortable and temperature well regulated. Breakfasts were excellent - and tables were available in the buffet area and in the delightful open courtyard. Good selection of hot and cold foods, cereals, fruit, drinks etc. Checking in and out was easy, and the staff were exceptionally helpful.

We booked this hotel as a last-minute booking because of a change of travel plans. It was beautiful, the room was spacious, it was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of different options. We enjoyed our stay and wish we had been able to stay longer.
Its location is slightly far from the central area of the city.

A very chic and cute hotel, the room was very beautiful, the breakfast was really good, and we liked the location. It’s very close to bus stations, pharmacy, some great cafés with specialty coffee, and a main road with lots of other stores. The staff was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our luggage there (we had a super early check-in). I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Heraklion.

Ideal location out of tourist areas but easy walking distance. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
