Stanza ampia ben arredata, molto funzionale, ottimo il parcheggio. La host Simona, gentilissima, risponde subito se hai necessità ed è sempre rintracciabile.
Accoglienza ottima.
Direi nulla, forse la colazione basica ma abbondante, avrei gradito lo yogurt ma è un gusto personale.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était très propre et parfaitement entretenu, ce qui est vraiment agréable.
L’accueil par le papa a été particulièrement sympathique et chaleureux. Le parking surveillé est également un véritable plus : cela nous a permis de profiter de notre séjour en toute sérénité, sans avoir à nous soucier de notre véhicule.
Le petit déjeuner était très bien, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour bien commencer la journée. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la réactivité et la disponibilité de notre hôte.
Un établissement propre, accueillant et sérieux, avec un vrai sens du service. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

The apartment is situated in a quite, nice area of Naples with its own doorman at the beggining of the street. It is localized near the line 1 metro station which takes you to the city center. The apartment is clean, comfy, with pretty decent breakfast options as well.

Big room, big windows, sofa, decent bathroom (small shower), complementary simple breakfast and coffee.
Good value for money.
Host was quick to response via whatsapp.
There was a washing machine we could use.
Location: felt quite unsafe, chaotic and dirty streets, generally not very pleasant to walk around. The walk from the closest metro station was longer than expected. It was a bit of a hassle to walk with suitcases. There were no cafés or restaurants you could have a coffee or food, the area is mostly residential.
Arrival instructions from the host: very vague, we just had the address but when we got there it was a private street with a gate, we were not sure whether we were heading in the right direction.
Lack of natural light in the common area.
The description says "La Casa nel Parco in Naples offers air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms, garden or inner courtyard views, and soundproofing. Each room includes a tea and coffee maker, washing machine, and free WiFi." Please note this is not true, there are no gardens or courtyards, the building is surrounded by a parking area for cars. Also, the coffee maker, kettle and other amenities are in the common area, not inside the room.
