Proszę o zareagowanie na negatywną opinię na temat śniadania . Pan zawsze obsługiwał nas na końcu nie w kolejnosci przyjścia przepuszczaliśmy często kilka osób. Nie dawał nam wody do espreso inni dostawali . Raz nie dał nam kawy a jak się upomnieliśmy powiedział że nie mówi po angielsku. Odeszliśmy nie chcieliśmy psuć sobie dnia. Nigdy nie spotkaliśmy tak nieuprzejmego barmana

Very friendly and helpful host who was quick to communicate when needed. Accommodation was perfect for a self catering break with everything we needed at hand. The outside space was well thought out and although overlooked offered privacy with use of a gazebo.
The location is perfect for access to the metro, and we found the walking distance to the city centre ok.
Not a lot, if I had one suggestion it would be to improve the quality/comfort of the bed. This didn't prevent us from sleeping though.

Kindness and speedy response from hosts, Cleanliness, A/C, lovely bathroom, big and comfy bed, very nice terrace, mini fridge in the room. Kitchen always clean and tidy with an extra fridge. The place is literally opposite the metro station, very handy. There’s a lift in the building too. The coffee shop for breakfast was great too, friendly staff and delicious pastries. Supermarket in the opposite corner from the coffee shop had everything you needed. Easy to get around by metro or bus. Plenty of towels which are much needed in the heat of Naples. Tv worked perfectly too.
the quality of the shampoo could be better and conditioner should be provided
