Located in East Naples, this attractive house for $265 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. You are looking for a private oasis in the Florida sun? A large pool where you can swim and relax from everyday stress? A screened terrace where you can barbecue and chill out? A fully furnished and very well-equipped gem awaits you: Three bedrooms with capacity for 6 people (plus 1 queensize sofa bed), one of them as a mother-in-law suite, so used as a closed master area, and a large living and dining area and two spacious bathrooms await you! A total of approximately 190sqm renovated living space and a newly built, large pool (31 FTX 14ft) provide the ideal setting to relax under the Florida sun! If you want to relax than on the beautiful beaches, however, prefer to shop, then take advantage of the nearby shopping centers (Coastland Mall, Miromar Outlet) and store the acquired in the large, walk-in closets. A large gas grill and a fully equipped kitchen complete the culinary aspect. The kitchen was completely remodeled in summer 2016 and refurbished. New kitchen appliances round out the generosity and amenities. The bathrooms, bedrooms were renovated in spring 2016 and revised. The kitchen was renovated and renovated in mid-2016 and offers all the necessary comfort and facilities. This makes the house look even friendlier and brighter. By dividing the house this can also befreundte couples, parents with children, grandparents with parents and children and so used, without which one 'everything' will notice each other. The Queen bedroom and the bedroom with the two twin beds are connected via a common corridor with the bathroom (shower bath), while the master bedroom (with eigemen very large bathroom with tub and giant shower) opposes lies on the other side of the house and its own private Patio is located. Both the queen bedrooms, as well as from the master bedroom and living-dining area you come directly to the newly built heated pool, which is embedded in a screened 48x30ft large terrace area. If you do not get along with 6 beds, the sofa bed (queen size) has temporarily for 2 more people. The house was completely painted and refurbished in autumn the year before last. We have placed great emphasis on comfort and a feel-good factor and family-friendly. The Kings Lake community is characterized by a very friendly and safe neighborhood. Midlife shops and a medical center are located about 3-5 minutes from the house. The major lakes in the area invite to jogging and relax. If you should feel like golfing or playing tennis, you can do this either on the Community's tennis court (by arrangement), or in the adjacent golf course of the Lakewood Community ($ 30 18 holes with golf cart). After sports or a day at the beach invite the spacious bathroom to 'freshen up' a. In particular, the master bathroom with corner bath and large shower offers the charm of a real small spa oasis. Then you can enjoy the evening with a cool drink and a genuine American BBQ with the gas grill. Whether active, beach or shopping holiday, due to the excellent location and facilities, our hotel offers the ideal starting point for your activities. They are in less than 1 1/2 hours to the hip and beaches in the Art Deco district of Miami, to the channels was played the 'Floridian' Venice Fort Lauderdale; reached within 3 1/2 hours at Mickey Mouse and Co .... the airports of Fort Myers (30 min.) and from Miami and Fort Lauderdale in just 1 1/2 hours. The marina of Naples is located 5 min. away, the exclusive shops and restaurants of 5th Avenue just if just 5 minutes away ... and last but not least a selection of the most beautiful beaches of Southwest Florida within a radius of 10-20 minutes .... Spent 4 weeks at this lovely home in March. Have stayed here before and knew it would be a great time. Everything was as expected and there were no disappointments. Will definitely stay here again.

Kerstin’s house is beautiful. We were here almost a month and enjoyed it every day! The bedrooms are beautiful and the master bath amazing. You can go to the pool via the master bedroom, living room or guest room. The pool is heated and clean. Kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable Kerstin was very responsive and communication awesome. Sad it’s booked next Feb but I’ll be back 2025!

This property was nice. It was spacious and the pool was big. It is a bit dated and it could use some basic attention if it a rental property all the time. (Light bulbs, kitchen utensils and containers, pool chairs, general cleaning..all were needing repairs) Overall, it is in a very nice neighborhood. The grocery store is very close and the beach and downtown Naples is only 3.5 miles away. There is a walking path/sidewalk in the neighborhood as well.

This was by far the cleanest VRBO rental I have ever stayed at! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet and perfect for morning and evening walks. Our children absolutely loved the pool. The property was within 15 minutes of family we were visiting. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

The property is very spacious and in a great location. It is close to Fifth Ave, Publix, and the beaches. We took advantage of going to Lowdermilk Beach but you need to arrive before 9:00 to get a parking space. The house manager, Jennifer, is very responsive and quick to answer and help with any questions you have. This house has many amenities; probably the most we’ve had in any house we rented. One word of caution if you are a senior is that there is no bar in the pool to get in or out. My husband and I are 71 and had no problem, but my 77 year old cousin had a difficult time and needed assistance. We paid to have the pool heated and it stayed between 84-86 so we were very satisfied. We would rent this home again.

Owners were easy to communicate with. Close to 5th ave and beach. The pool was great , but the pool light didn’t work. All the sliding glass doors that lead out to the pool need to be replaced. Very difficult to open and close. We had a nice time at the house, but I prefer to stay in Lely .
