About this house rental

Located in East Naples, this attractive house for $210 per night is a great option for your next trip. Stunning 3 bed, 2.5 bath pool home with spacious 2 car garage situated on a unique creek/cul-de-sac lot in the Estates section of the neighborhood of Queens Park. This ideal vacation home features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, fireplace, and tile flooring throughout. The heated pool is situated in an expansive deck area with extensive outdoor furniture plus an on-deck hot tub newly installed ! No better place to vacation than by the pool with its privacy and sounds of nature. The house features a spectacular great room with high ceilings, a six place dining area and ample sectional seating for TV viewing. All the furniture is brand new out of the box in 2022 ! The adjacent fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops in modern tones, stainless steel appliances, and a walk in pantry. The bedroom configuration is ideal. The master suite - which looks out on the lanai - has a king-sized bed and a bathroom with separate vanities, a large closet and a spacious walk-in shower. One guest bedroom has a luxurious queen bed, and there are brand new bunk beds in the third guest room. The two guest bedrooms share a full private bathroom. The two reception rooms at the front of the house ( one with a fireplace) provide both an ideal conversation area and work-from-home space. Flat screen TV's are provided in the living room, master and both guest bedrooms, and hi speed wi fi is available throughout. The pool area houses designer quality patio furniture for seamless al fresco living, plus a brand new full size BBQ. There is a fully equipped laundry room. This magnificent home is surrounded by the best Naples has to offer with sugar sand beaches just minutes away, beautiful sunsets, boating, fishing, dining, shopping, cultural venues, art galleries, and the fantastic night life of 5th Ave. or the Mercato ! January lease to start 2nd January please.

House was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. Everything we needed or wanted for our 9 week stay Great neighborhood. Loved the outdoor space- for entertaining, dining and relaxing. Pool and Hot tub got lots of use.

Loved the location and the service provider was great to work with. House and pool were great. Could use a little updating and a few repairs but it was such a great neighborhood and location, it would not take much to get it to an excellent status. I'm sure the owner will make the needed repairs asap according to the property manager and they were great to work with. JW
