We had a very pleasant stay at the Villa Oliva. The Villa is located in a quiet neighborhood a ten minute walk to Lake Balaton. Dorian at reception was very friendly and helpful as was all of the staff that we had the privilege to meet. The property management was very good at responding to our inquiries and after a slight mixup with our breakfast they were gracious enough to provide a lovely dinner to compensate.
We had no car, so we had to rely on public transportation that did not run as often as we would have liked. We spent a good amount of time waiting for buses. I would say if you are planning on going to Tihany or getting to the ferry or out to eat you would probably want to arrive by car or at least have a bicycle. There is a nice little market and pizza/burger spot only a short 7 minutes walk away.

Pool und Grundstück an sich sehr schön,
Großes Zimmer .
Teilweise sehr abgewohnt, Ledersessel verschließen und Beine voller Spinnweben, Vorhänge hängen teils herab ( selber wieder befestigt), Klimaanlage sehr laut
Außenanlage nicht gepflegt und vernachlässigt - bis auf den Pool. Keine Reinigung vom Grillplatz, Tischtennisplatte defekt+verrostet. Andere Außengeräte schmutzig und nicht zu gebrauchen.
