A 3 star hotel which is not worth even 1 star but selling as 4 stars!!!!

friendly and helpful staff ,the building and the location was the positive part

lack of management outdated room equipment very poor breakfast, very poor room service, we haven’t got any service during our 4 days stay at the hotel, it’s look like no one cares about the guests! There was a tv in the room which was not working at all! the small Nespresso machine was stinking because it was not used neither cleaned for a very long time! the bed and the bed sheets where full of old stains, walls full of cracks and dirty curtain! and all this are because of a weak management who doesn’t care!!! by Booking this hotel was rated as 4 star but they have 3 stars! and even the 3 start rating is a waste of stars! please update the hotel rating at least to the real rating, this called miss informing the people!

The room was a bit messy, the floor definitely wasnt cleaned as you can see in attachments. Also there were many spiderwebs.

It was a dissapointment!

Worst accomodation ever!

1. we didn’t have the room that we bocked. on the site they presented pictures that don t match with reality. 2. We didn’t have heat and toilet paper. 3. The room was extremely small and the beds were tiny ( 1.70 lentch). 4. The young receptionist wich made the check out was extremely rude. He used an unpolite voice and he also said that we should be thankfull for what we got at the price we’ve paid. 5. in reality, they have only one room with a balcony.

Comparing price and comfort = best deal at Budapest

Very friendly and helpful staff. Two bathrooms at our apartment. Nice location, out of downtown but very quiet place. I can imagine to stay at park (which is part of hotel) during the day, but we were visiting during winter :/

few spiders webs under the ceiling (we hate spiders :) )

Exceptional

Amazing staff, even tho we made a mistake while booking a room and selected wrong dates, the staff went out of their way to find us a room and not even cancel our original booking. The hotel is also really nice and peaceful even tho it's not far from the centre of Budapest. Highly recommended

Great Value for money with added cultural experience

at the heart of history and culture, bed was super comfortable

the bathroom is a bit small however the shower pressure was amazing

Nice place outside the city

Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, comfort room and bed, clean.

Location. Although neighborhood is green and nice it's to far away from the city center, even by car. Everything else is ok.

Nice garden and quiet environment. Kind staff.

The room and bathroom could have been cleaner. There was a constant weird smell in the toilet. Cover blanket on the bed looked a bit dirty. Breakfast could be healthier and more modern.

Quiet retreat

Great place to stay, with a large clean room, lovely gardens and friendly staff. Pet friendly and free parking available too. It is very quiet and peaceful, outside of the busy city.

We struggled to find anywhere to eat on a Monday as local restaurants were closed and the hotel doesn't serve food.

Very loud in the morning, impossible to sleep

It did not fulfill the expectations at all! We are very disappointed! After having a long day arriving by plane we drove to the outskirts of Budapest to finally havsome rest, which was totally unsuccessful. At 07:30 in the morning on Saturday(!) the cleaning staff (4 cleaning ladies) marched into to the hallways and they woke us up making a terrible noise, they started moving everything around, continuously shutting and opening doors and windows, marching up and down talking loudly, dragging stuff around and they also set the fire alarm on at some point, which made such a noise these early hours that we almost got a cardiac arrest! It was just impossible to have a good rest. The doors have a hole underneath and it was like being on a construction site. Hotels should respect that guests are coming to rest! You should wait till the checkout hours to do a complete clean up! We wanted to get a refund for our money as we paid for the night in advance on booking.com but we were told they wouldn't refund anything. This is terrible service and shows complete disrespect for your clients. Not to mention that our room was filled with dust, also there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. Also, the breakfast was very vague. In a 4 star hotel we expect fresh orange juice, not boxed fruit juice concentrates, and a variety of fresh seasonal fruits (not some old apples and oranges) and different salty and sweet things to choose from to have a nice breakfast, there was no variety at all, not even some bananas or plant based milk. We will not come back here, it is not up to the 4 star standards, that it claims to have.
