An excellent hotel with great views of the Danube

The location was excellent. We had a room facing the river and it was directly opposite the parliament. Very strongly recommended. The hotel was close to a number of tourist spots in the castle district.

Minor point: We had asked for an early check in, but this was not possible. However, the room with the view made up for the delay. The sky bar was also closed.

Fantastische ontspanning in een prachtige omgeving

Wat een prachtig hotel! De locatie is perfect; vanuit daar kan je al zoveel gebouwen bewonderen als je aan het ontbijten of dineren bent en als je geluk hebt vanuit je hotelkamer. Het ontbijtbuffet was super uitgebreid en het personeel zeer vriendelijk; van te voren een e-mail gestuurd met de vraag of we een kamer met bad konden krijgen. Niet alleen kregen we dat maar ook nog een upgrade met uitzicht over de Donau.

Voor ons was er niks wat verbeterd moest worden.

Perfekt und wunderbar.

Kleinigkeiten: der Kosmetikspiegel könnte moderner sein, die Zimmer sind etwas dunkel. Sonst sehr angenehm in jeder Hinsicht.

ALOJAMIENTO EN BUDAPEST TOP.

- Las habitaciones grandes, cómodas, con todo tipo de comodidades. -El hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable en el barrio del Castillo. Tranquilo y en una zona muy bella. - Con motivo de nuestro 10 aniversario de boda, nos llevaron una botella de champagne a la habitación el día que llegaos. Todo un detalle. -Me gustaría hacer una mención especial a FOGAKASI EDINA (en el restaurante LANG) durante los desayunos. Fue muy amable, servicial, proporcionándonos la mejor mesa del local con las mejores vistas al Parlamento y al Bastión de los Pescadores. Trató a nuestras madres de manera exquisita.

- Lo que no me ha gustado es que ya pagué el día 1 la cuenta del hotel y sigue estando activa la retención de la tarjeta como garantía que hicieron el día 29. Me gustaría que ya no apareciera en los movimientos de mi tarjeta.

Kahvaltı çalışanlarından erkek yaşlı olan çok kabaydı. Diş fırçası ve macunu yoktu bu eksiktir. Cam kenarında erkek kılları vardı temizlik daha iyi olabilir Otelin konumu ve ulaşımı yürümek için çok zor Karşılama ikramları vs yoktu Hilton’a yakışmadı

Amazing Hotel, although unfortunate restaurant recommendation.

The hotel was Gorgeous! The bed and pillows were great. Although we would have preferred separate duvets. The location was great, right near the most beautiful part of Budapest. The neighborhood felt very safe. Breakfast was nice.

We arrived to the hotel at around 19.00. After check in, we asked the concierge where to eat nearby. Without asking further of our preferences, He guides us to an Hungarian restaurant that was a tourist trap, the restaurant then “overcharged” our meal, due to they did Not inform us that the tip was already included. And encouraged us to tip. I would have appreciated if the concierge guided us to a better place, since we had informed that it was our first time visiting. - we did not have issues regarding tipping culture in any of the Other places we visited. We would definitely visit again. Although we spent most time on the other side of the canal.

Csodaszép

Csodás környék. Csodás szálloda. Tavaly kezdtük idén folytattuk minden évben itt fogjuk az évfordulónkat ünnepelni a feleségemmel.

Außergewöhnlich, Hotel und Executive Lounge

Sehr Positiv- Unser Erstes und bestimmt nicht unser letztes Mal in eines der tollen Hilton Hotels. Sehr prunkvolles Hotel im Buda Castle District, tolles Ambiente. Alles ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Da der Check-In leider erst um 15uhr stattfand, hatten wir zufälliger Weise ein Zimmer mit Zugang zur Executive Lounge gebucht, wo wir uns stärkten und verweilen durften. Frisches Obst, Nüsse, kleine Snacks und Getränke wie Soft Drinks und Kaffee sind inklusive und auch den ganzen Tag verfügbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, hell und Top Ausgestattet. Das Frühstücks Buffet ist Allgemein Außergewöhnlich und sehr Umfangreich. Alles frisch, sehr lecker und der Platz in der Executive Lounge ist dann noch das bessere Gewisse Extra, wie größere Getränke Auswahl, VIP Ambiente und gemütliche Musik.

Die Abend Service Uhrzeiten in der Executive Lounge sind etwas Irreführend. Man sollte aber sehr pünktlich sein, so um 17uhr, weil der Andrang sehr hoch ist aber schon nach einer Stunde also um ca. 18uhr, Alle warmen Snacks und Spirituosen weggeräumt werden, dies wurde uns aber nicht immer mitgeteilt. Viele Überraschend enttäuschte Gesichter waren die Folge. Bitte um bessere Aufklärung. Sonst ist die Lounge mit kalten Snacks, Obst, Kaffee, Wein und Soft Drinks bis 20 uhr geöffnet wurde uns mitgeteilt. Ein trotzdem tolles Erlebnis und werden wir wieder buchen.

Zentrale Lage, hochpreisig und luxuriös doch Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Top Lage, allerdings in einem absoluten Touristenviertel mit wenigen guten, einheimischen Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung.

Sauberkeit, das Zimmer war nicht sauber gereinigt und auf den Gängen haben sich dreckiges Geschirr stundenlang getürmt. Scheinbar ist Sauberkeit hier nicht von großer Wichtigkeit.

The location is brilliant and we had a great stay.

A little extra care taken over everything. Quiet efficient aircon. Low light in bathroom for nighttime. Plenty of chargers for phone etc. Breakfast was very good, though not cheap.

There is one thing that surprised me. Only instant coffee in bedroom, and not even Gold ! In a hotel of this quality one expects coffee capsules.

Vi hade det bra men förväntade oss utsikt mot Donau

Åt inte frukosten.Den var för dyr

Tak terrassen var fin men vi fick inte komma in på en drink trots att taktersssen bara var halvfull. En otrevlig tjej skötte sitt uppdrag väldigt dåligt och behöver bytas ut.

Ein Traumblick auf Budapest!

Der Blick auf die Stadt ist außergewöhnlich schön! Die Lage auf dem Berg inmitten der Fischerbastei ist vorteilhaft, da man abseits ist von der Geräuschkulisse und dem Trubel dieser wunderschönen Stadt!

Das Frühstück ist gut, aber nicht „königlich“, wie in einigen Bewertungen zu lesen ist! Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel bewerte ich es als ganz normales Büfett, welches ich woanders deutlich hochwertiger und reichhaltiger erfahren habe! Das Personal ist teilweise sehr sehr nett!

Una città fantastica e un albergo perfetto: ci voglio tornare!

The location in the old town (Buda Castle district) is simply beautiful. Inside the hotel you can visit the Dominican cloister. On the top floor terrace there is the White Raven Skybar & Lounge where, by booking, you can spend an evening enjoying the menu and drinks on offer, enjoying a breathtaking view of the Danube, the Parliament and all of Pest. All services certainly live up to the best expectations and the staff has always been punctual, kind and discreet.

I'm sorry, I can't help you find something that needs improving.

Lovely stay

The hotel is located on the Buda side. The view from the hotel's rooftop is just stunning. Speedy check-in and super friendly staff, ready to help you constantly. Spotless room and comfortable bed.

For money, should have been better

Location & exec lounge was fabulous

We had issues with lights & air conditioning in our room which really disrupted our stay / sleep. It was so hot for first 2 days. On 3rd day we were attending a wedding & had to wait for our bathroom lights to be fixed which left us rushed/stressed. Staff at sky bar were just downright rude!!

The staff could be more informative how to get to sights and use local buses or trains The hotel kitchen doesn’t offer much local dishes There is no hotel airport transfer service or shuttle to the city
