Location excellent for metro tram and buses.Would be helpful if signage for breakfast and where to find items such as toaster. Was a long queue as only could see one toaster

Location was great for our needs. Near transit options.
Breakfast was great. Best included hotel spread I have had.
Carpet in room needed replacement. Was worn and appeared to have a burn in it. Coffee and kettle only in the slightly more expensive rooms (we had two, one basic and one better).

Very nice hotel with all the facilities you need, good restaurant, located within walking distance of the city center and close to a large train/metro station.
Ventilation of the rooms was not easy as the windows could barely be opened.

The hotel is nice for the money you spend
The staff might have been the absolute worst i have ever seen in my entire life. Forgot to add the paid breakfast, took them more than 30-40 min to change the batteries on the remote control, while i had to wait and stare without any communication from them. The attitude was horrendous from the reception staff when i asked about the parking, instead of telling me what i need to do, they said remove the car from the front of the hotel - but i need the car here - top answer “yes but then you have to pay”, of course i will pay, just tell me how much and where should i park
